Starboard Suite

First of all, I find it extremely important to note it is in fact one of the best solutions for activities like sailing or kayaking as the feature-set is built around it. Now what makes this one so pleasant to use would be its’ user-friendly system that is completely tailored according to the needs! It even gives recommendations on how to improve your work. The features are not too shabby either, especially as the reporting is very insightful.

One outstanding part I find needs some work would be customer support as I find they are not entirely there for customers – for example they are not very hard to reach via phone and non-urgent emails will take quite some time to get an answer to. Other than that I don’t find anything being wrong with the features or the system overall.

Despite the support system being a little overwhelming, I can't say it is a big fault as the immensely well-functioning system is very easy to use and therefore, in the end you are not that likely to dial that number anyways. The same goes for new users as it is easy to implement and shouldn't cause any hassle.
