What was the best part about using STAR Knowledge Center for Libraries?

STAR surprised me mainly for its’ fast-running modules – there’s no way you could experience any glitching or lag as it runs seamlessly. It’s not too shabby for customization options either that provide immense flexibility. That’s all there is to ask for!

What would you change about your experience with STAR Knowledge Center for Libraries?

It definitely lacks when it comes to the feature set – there aren’t half the features you could deem to be essential (like barcoding, circulation management, kiosk integration etc). I definitely hope to see some improvement to that issue.

Overall Feedback

For the modules it has, the price is neat and is actually rather nice software to use for any smaller business thanks to the affordable nature. If they would add some deeper modules and functionalities as well, it could definitely be my runner-up for one of the best tools to use.
