Nice wallcharts, detailed data management and overall powerful reporting options make it a nice tool to acquire, especially if you are looking for something modern.

The main concern is the UK based support team which can mean that overseas clients might get a hold up because of the timezone difference. Therefore, it would be nice to have more extensive resources for empowering the feature set and covering the most crucial aspects of using it as it could get a little confusing at first.

Though it's more UK based and might not be the greatest fit for US based clients, I can't deny it's immense capabilities when it comes to supporting communication and managing home care without any communication errors or other usual aspects.
