Staff Squared

Staff Squared just has everything that you need for staff management. I use several reports as the basis of my HR strategies and I would be completely lost without Staff Squared's reporting capabilities. These reports easily let me find out who in the company hasn't had a salary increase, which department had the most sick leaves, how much sick leaves are costing the company, and sick leave patterns of certain employees. This information has been instrumental in human resources. I also love that the software provides centralized information. To be honest, working with so many spreadsheets in the past only brought about headaches. It was refreshing to finally have software that made it easy for everyone to access any kind of information. My other favorite features include its time tracking, online calendar, and document storage.

Customized or personalized reports would make a great addition to Staff Squared's features. Aside from this I can't really think of anything negative about Staff Squared because overall it has been an excellent tool.

Staff Squared is highly recommended for anyone who works in human resources. There is no other program in the market that can match its usefulness and wide range of features. I've recently upgraded my account and got the rest of my team on board with Staff Squared - they love it too. We also truly appreciate that the team listens to our concerns and responds with feedback in a timely manner.
