With a focus to fit the needs of small to middle sized businesses, this software has meet the goals that I am looking for. It has an integrated payroll system and a Bradford factor score that really helps the users. In addition to that, the software also has mobile application that works well.

I suggest for them to let the users build their own reports since what they have are stationary reports. Also, if they could have a more features for a dynamic reporting where users can choose from its diverse options so as not to repeat the reporting features that they have right now.

This has resolved the hassles that I was seeing a lot before with regards to the HR admin works. A software that is worth investing for. Though, it has downsides, I believe that they are already working on it and are open to improvements. We just have to wait for the upgrades and updates in the future.
