What was the best part about using STAAH Channel Manager?

The start with good with Duncan Chappell, this lasted very shortly regretfully. The set up period was ok.

What would you change about your experience with STAAH Channel Manager?

I started to use STAAH in combination with Elina pms. My contact person was Duncan Chappell. The connection was a big hassle from the start. It took us 9 months to connect to Expedia and when the connection was ready it seemed full of mistakes. All of a sudden double bookings came in, 5 at the same time. Staah admitted their mistake, but they did not take responsibility for it. This mistake cost us Euro 2900 and months of hassle to resolve the issues with Expedia. All of a sudden our local manager, Russell Logan, didn't want to take responsibility and referred to a certain Craig....After 3 months of emailing they came with an offer of Euro 135 to compensate for their mistakes! I can only strongly advise to stay away from this fake company that uses cheap outsourcing in India and has no real management.

Overall Feedback

Very negative, this company has proven to be there for other reasons than to offer a good channel management. They are slow, do not take responsibility and make a lot of mistakes. Pascal, Short Stay Rome srl.
