This was a highly reputable digital marketing agency which I had contacted to learn more about their offer specifically for search engine optimization, but other services as well as we shopped for the best service provider for our start up based in the floral ecommerce niche and retail industry. This company came quite highly recommended to me on a popular SEO review site online which made me curious to know how they were compared to their competition which was also highly recommended. This company does an excellent job with their presales strategy. It was very clear that this company had a leading understanding in each of their services. Recently I had perceived more value from agencies which specialize in one aspect of digital marketing as opposed to a wide variety because of the amount of change constantly in each being so complex it would make it difficult to stay on the leading edge of each. I am speaking practically and from experience. However this company had trademarked their approach and this showed a lot of authority and commitment to their brand, process and methodology in my opinion. Speaking of their branding it was perhaps the best I had seen simply because of the systematic, educational and fair approach they offer. Everything they provide is proprietary in terms of automation and their approach is incredibly powerful and literally built into their fair brand and F.A.I.R branding which is brilliant. And their presentation and flow of their design and how a prospect takes all of this information in without being overwhelmed by their website was outstanding.

Perhaps it's me but the case studies while great to see them all and to have metrics included is good too, are fairly unimpressive compared to some of their competition. Yet perhaps I have been duped into thinking that results provided by other companies are mostly atypical results. Or perhaps the case studies I had seen were all for start ups which had no previous results which would make them seem more impressive starting from zero. However I do I respect the results they accomplished as they are practical, realistic results. So this is not a negative perhaps it realistically lowers any amazing expectations otherwise and makes those companies happy who simply want steady growth which I can understand and appreciate a lot.

This company is currently accredited in the Better Business Bureau without complaint since 2007 which is awesome to see. Very few digital marketing agencies are listed or accredited in the BBB so this is a significant indicator of company transparency in my opinion and I really appreciate seeing it. I had a nice conversation about our project with their team and sincerely appreciated their willingness to work within our budget as a startup. However after corresponding with the owner of our company we went in another direction but I truly believe this company is a solid pick should you need a North American based search engine optimization company to help grow your business.
