Sprinklr

When I started using Sprinklr I could not understand the actual use of this software but gradually I found this the best software in its class and this is one of best social media management software and works excellent at the time of crisis. I would also like to add that the balance of the company and customer is perfect with this software.

So far we have not found any big issues with Sprinklr but still there are always areas of improvements and we believe if you guys work more on the content part of the user guide to make it simple to understand would be great as sometimes it's difficult to get the essence of it.

We have been using Sprinklr since a long time now and we are very satisfied with Sprinklr as it gives the long-term benefits for our organisation as if we think in the case of crisis we are not bothered as we have Sprinklr who is always there to take care of all for us. Apart from this, there is something which makes us use this Sprinklr more is the facility to provide single sign on and also to provide role-based working permissions as there is no risk of data theft in any case as one person can only work its own field as they don't have access to others data and work permissions
