Springs Hosting

The customer support was easy to work with. The pricing is straight forward. They are local to Colorado Springs for me so access to them was simple. When I stopped into their offices, their receptionist greeted me with a smile and set me up in the conference room with one of their techs. (Kelly?) He really knew his stuff. They treated me with respect and listed to my problems with my previous hosting company to make sure that I was getting exactly what I needed.

No complaints here. I did feel bad calling them on the weekend to make some changes to my servers, but I was surprised to find out that they staff employees on weekends! They advised me against some of the changes since it would cost me more and wouldn't have helped my setup. Who does that anymore?

If I could tell Springs Hosting one thing it would be to keep it up! I'm an old guy and I just don't see businesses treat people the way you do anymore these days. I was surprised that anyone would sit with me like you did to understand what I was trying to do. You then made recommendations that didn't always make you more money. I was really impressed with this treatment and will recommend you to everyone I know.
