I appreciated their vision and methodology in regards to their company. They listed several clients on their site though I was unable to recognize any of these brands in order to help validate their authority. There were no major red flags such as the company making false claims as to their certifications and page one rankings, or rip off reports when doing external research for positive reviews.

They were not in the Better Business Bureau which would be helpful to prospects and create trust faster in regards to their services. They were not Google Partner certified which would helpful to validate their credibility especially as a pay per click advertising service provider. Their SEO Woorank was forty five out of one hundred which was among the lowest for companies while doing my research. The highest was ninety two and the lowest was thirty six with an average of about seventy five. I preferred companies which lead by example with SEO on their own website. I did not see any client testimonials nor successful client search engine optimization or other service case studies which would help validate their current success in their industry.

Despite not meeting nearly all of my presales criteria up front, I would have liked to give this company the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to present their best case for our business. Unfortunately, when I clicked submit on their contact form with my project information there was only a 404 error on the next page. And as they are an internationally based company it was not practical, nor my preferred method of communication to reach out on the phone. We had a few other solid choices at the time so decided to go in another direction. Based on not meeting most common due diligence presales criteria and the 404 error when using their contact form which didn't leave an overly positive first impression, nor indicate a great attention to detail in regards to their website I cannot currently recommend this company.
