What was the best part about using Spotler CRM?

This is a great tool if you want to create a strong relationship with your customers. You can easily track the sales of the company thus giving you an idea if you are generating a higher amount of income or not. It also helps you manage the tasks that the team should complete in a particular time.

What would you change about your experience with Spotler CRM?

The customization feature of the software is limited thus preventing you from having the results that you want. The software does not also organize the tasks that can be very helpful for the team to know what task they have to work on. It cannot also help you in tracking notes.

Overall Feedback

Overall, you will find this software effective if you want to monitor the sales of your company. This will also help you identify how the team performs in doing their job. Aside from that, it helps you stay connected with your customers through email for you to know their demands.
