Splunk Enterprise

This software offers users the opportunity to process and index data forms all in their native format and across large datasets. Business users will find this BI tool very useful and easy to use as it was developed with the non- technical end users in mind. This singular action makes for a more intuitive user experience. I got a shocker as this software grows up to at least 100 terabytes per day and this assures users they can have unlimited access to their data. The splunk comes with amazing disaster recovery capabilities.

The platform is not budget friendly, at least from my point of view because I believe that the price for each amount of data deployed or handled is way too high for users to cope with. It is a software that requires exceptional imagination and creativity which makes it quite a complicated knowledge process. I haven’t come across other lapses asides these very few but I’m certain the software vendors keep a tab on such setback to improve on.

I’m impressed to find that Splunk’s deployment options are broad and include both on-premise and SaaS. Fairly easy to install but great performance with it’s processing of vast amount of data. It comes with a very good license free trial version to help end users get accustomed to using the platform. When it comes to deploying the software in an enterprise environment, it speaks well for itself. When you desire to calculate your massive data volume, Splunk comes in handy. It comes in highly recommended for me.
