What was the best part about using SplitAbility?

Ross provided excellent customer support, there was never a problem that was too hard. The ability to use your pos over any web browser via tablet/phone/computer is extremely helpful especially if you don't want to spend a million dollars on pos hardware. Also being able to update the menu via google drive any where you go has been a lifesaver.

What would you change about your experience with SplitAbility?

The reporting side is lacking, especially if your like me and don't have the time to manually do your reports.

This is a fantastic system if you are a small business just staring up and are unfamiliar in the world of POS software. Easy to use, easy to set up and Ross is great to work with.
