There are many standalone tools on the market to help you manage your project’s requirements, create and execute your test cases and many different bug-tracking options. Many companies don’t use any tools in fact, they simply use Microsoft Excel and Word. So why do you need SpiraTest?

Well, wouldn’t it be great to have all of your users working together in one place. So when your business analysts enter in your requirements, it would be much easier and more efficient for your testers to just use these requirements to create the test plan and have all of the test cases auto-generated from the requirements. That would save a bunch of time and avoid missing out certain requirements that somehow never get tested properly (like that never happens!).
