What was the best part about using SpiraTeam?

My group and I have been utilizing SpiraTeam for over a year now. We keep on being awed by how adaptable the item is. The capacity to make custom work processes for Requirements and Incidents truly permits us to make this item adjust to our organizations system. We aren't compelled to take after an unbending strategy (Pure waterfall or Scrum). We can design the application to take after our particular needs.

What would you change about your experience with SpiraTeam?

The non-standard custom report layouts don't permit complex questions. I need to have the capacity to execute SQL inquiries with joins, for instance to rundown associations in the middle of necessities and test cases.The custom reports don't permit to set the header and footer segments of MS Word reports.
