This was a company which was referred and as one of the top rated companies for social media marketing and management as per a popular digital marketing review site online, so I got thought to get ahold of them to learn what made them different from the other top rated firms on this same list. We were seeking the best fit for our ecommerce start up for social media marketing but were interested in an integrated campaign as well which may have included additional services provided by this company such as pay per click ad management and search engine optimization. They had a very cool design themselves and this may only show value on the surface but while doing quite intensive research into these companies I am more likely inclined to believe a company which has evolved or start their business with a modern, creative design such as this shows me their commitment to utilizing current conversion rate optimization strategy. It's simply differentiates them from others who seem to believe a design that was awesome in 2004-2009 has the same value or perception of professionalism. And while this may or may not affect marketing services directly I liked to see this level of attention to detail as I believe it may correspond to the amount of attention to detail a client receives as well. They provided a good amount of detail in regards search engine optimization which was helpful for a prospect and I appreciated it. The list of on-page SEO factors was especially useful certainly. Though I've read similar lists it's cool to note the significance of G+'s near the top.

I do not see them in the Better Business Bureau which is the easiest way they could facilitate trust in prospects immediately in my opinion. Even if they were not accredited but listed this helps to see whether they have one hundred complaints or one, or none and the nature of them. Companies in this industry which do not make it a lot harder to trust them initially unless there is tremendous credibility otherwise. I would have also liked to see Google Partnership as a company offering PPC services.

Unfortunately I never heard back from this company in regards to my online submit request for more information. I deleted three voicemails around this time while learning my new smartphone so if this was them I do apologize for the disconnect. However when searching my email manually for the week after my request I was unable to find anything from them. So based on the lack of transparency in the BBB and reviews found elsewhere online along with a lack of any response it makes it difficult to recommend this company currently.
