SolidWorks is without a doubt, the best CAD software for mechanical modeling and engineering available nowadays. It has very intuitive and nice user interface where every feature is well placed. They have a very nice viewport that makes the process of modeling smooth and pleasant. SolidWorks Premium extended the split features in modeling and the new ways of moving faces and parts n sketching.

SolidWorks Premium has plenty of advanced functionalities like motion analysis and reverse-modeling through the amazing tool called Scanto3D. SolidWorks runs perfectly without any noticeable errors and issues. SolidWorks Premium is priced reasonable for the standard and the advanced features it has. I did not encounter any bug while running SolidWorks Premium.

I would recommend for any company seeking a tool for mechanical modeling and any kind of modeling to try the popular tool from Dassault Systemes.
