SolidWorks Premium

SolidWorks is no doubt the most user-friendly out of all of the CAD packages I have used . Learning its tools and features is very easy , you can even seek for help in their forms when something comes up . Suggestions can be very quickly implemented and as needed , getting the software work just how you want it to .

Working backwards can be annoying at times , they are trying to improve the history section a little better but over all it is still quite hard to work in reverse when re-applying a model . I can understand how having certain linked features can cause things to break but it should be easier soon . I hope they keep working on it .

Make sure that your computer has the specs to run this properly . If you have a decent processor, plenty of ram, a mounted graphics card , then you should be okay . Get a good feel of it first . So many options and features will confuse new users. There are tutorials included in it and it is a great place to start .
