Softline Solutions

I met with Softline Solutions as we were looking to launch a new product. I had met with a couple of other PPC marketing companies previously, but just wanted one more input before we decided on which company to work with. I am so glad that we met with Softline. From the first few minutes of sitting down with their team, we were impressed. They explained to us all the different options we could deploy, options that the other companies had not even mentioned. They even were very upfront as to which approach would be best for our particular product. What I was very impressed with was the fact that they not only understood the marketing side, but also the distribution and production side of our business. They explained about not over extending ourselves and even suggested to have a ramp up period, by marketing to select regions instead of nationwide initially in order for our production to be able to keep up with the demand. I felt at ease with Softline knowing that they were more concerned about our success versus trying to sell us their products. Needless to say that we have had an incredible experience as well as a very successful product launch and a continued success. We have recently expanded our marketing to nationwide, but I'm glad that we took their advise and started small, as our production would not have initially be able to cope with the demand in orders. Also they have made themselves available to us for any and all questions we have, whether marketing related or other.

I can't think of much other than I wish we had found them a lot sooner.

Great company to work with, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Overall had a great experience and continue to work with them. In fact, we have out sourced all of our marketing to them. Very pleased with the results.
