Snapsheet

That remains to be seen. To date, there has been no 'best part' about Snapsheet, in my opinion.

After the vehicle I was driving was struck in the rear I contacted my insurance company who really pushed Snapsheet. Unfortunately, the representative from the insurance company that I spoke with did not make it clear to me that I had the option to decline utilizing Snapsheet for repairs to my vehicle, so I thought I had to use it. The estimate Snapsheet came up with recommended repairing the bumper, not replacing it. My vehicle was only a year and a half out of the showroom and I keep it pristine. No repair job on a bumper could ever restore it to its earlier condition versus replacing it. After speaking to another representative from my insurance company they claimed that rescinding my claim through Snapsheet was impossible. Now I am left with a less than perfect vehicle, and wondering what my out-of-pocket expense will be to restore the vehicle to the way it was before the accident that was not my fault. They make it very easy to fall into this trap. Beware !! Avoid Snapsheet at all costs !!

Based on my experience filing a claim with my insurance company, who I have been satisfied with up to now, I think pushing Snapsheet is a move in the wrong direction. It is not made clear to the consumer that they have a choice not to use Snapsheet. At least it was not made clear to me. I feel the adjusters at Snapsheet are more concerned with dollars and cents than with the restoration of vehicles. If this hard sell continues, it will lead to a loss of customer base for insurance companies.
