Work for Snapforce Call Center? Manage Profile

Yes they do, I switched from Five9 to Snapforce last August to save $$. They were extremely helpful with implementation. They have this setup and config process they go through with each new customer, a deployment process of such, where you work with a implementation specialist directly for about a week until you feel comfortable the system is where you need it.
Hands down the best support i've come across at any software company.
We are using something else right now, but are disappointed. Does Snapforce Call Center offer any migration assistance?
