SmartTeam

Smartteam is an online training solution for small to medium size businesses that provide team members the required professional training they need. The tool encourages a collaborative learning environment with course modules designed by experts. It offers team members interactive tools, activities and case studies to learn from. The software's interface helps managers find and enroll staff members in focused courses and also upload contents into the system remotely.

SmartTeam looks simple enough to provide the basic need to a manager and business. However, I do not like the interface, it looks bland and uninteresting, it is a little bit on the crude and complex side making it slightly hard for me to understand its functions. It is cheap and good for small organizations. There is room for improvement on this software.

There is also the option of utilizing Self-Service Course Launch feature on Smarttem, which lets administrators upload and manage their own courseware—such as handouts, PowerPoint presentations and videos—to create exams, feedback surveys and more. The software is hassle-free when tracking information on users and completion status.
