What was the best part about using SmartSearch?

SmartSearch is a talent management software that runs on cloud. SmatSearch is a customizable and configurable staffing software. This is a good choice for staffing firm and HR team. The ability of this tool to simplifies the business recruiting procedures and could manage & handle through any devices like mobile, desktop, MAC ( compatible).

What would you change about your experience with SmartSearch?

Really, nothing to dislikes about the functionalities of this staffing tool. SmartSearch site is very nice and easy to locate some of the options and includes important information and product videos. You can also reach them through phone and email if you have any question with regards using this software.

Overall Feedback

For staffing firm I think SmartSearch is the best fit. It has almost all the tools in recruiting and tracking applicants. The SmartSearch solution helps you to find the most effective and deserving candidate for the right position. Plus you can also check status and manage your business through your mobile devices.
