I recently checked out a trial of this software as a service on behalf of a professional photographer client. It's a streamlined way to share photos, graphics, videos and presentations from a centralized location as well as raise brand awareness. You can tag items as well as provide descriptions on them to make having lots of content easy to filter and search. You can create collections and sections for your content. You can add team members and admins easily. It's collaborative so you can share links to specific content. There are user roles and permissions for your team as well. There is a reporting and analytics component to help gain insight into popular content and engagement. There are automation features as well such as automatic metadata maps and file conversions.

Personally, I find the pricing to be quite high. I believe if you have a ton of content already then it's a great way to present it and raise awareness of your brand. Though it would be nice to have a lower level option for smaller businesses and start ups in my opinion.

This is a smart, fast way to create a professional online portfolio and share your content with users who are logged in or not, very easily. The user interface is relatively easy to learn and intuitive to use. There is an interactive tour which helps get your head around all of the features initially which is helpful even though it would take you no more than a few minutes to do so otherwise. This is among the options I will present to my client as a great way to enhance his online portfolio and brand awareness.
