I used Abacus and Needles in the past. Before investung in SmartAdvocate I had demos of many of the "top" case/practice management software on the market. I wouldn't trade any of them for SmartAdvocate. SmartAdvocate allows you to effectively manage your practice and your cases. As I mentioned the reporting is best on the market. The program is laid out well and easy to use. Document generation is a breeze. The various integrations work seemlessly. You can tell this is a mature software program because, unlike many programs I considered, SmartAdvocate already found solutions to so many common problems. My staff now admits how they were skeptical at first but now they are so happy we decided on SmartAdvocate. I see they are more productive. Also, the SmartAdvocate team is top-notch and very responsive to users questions.
