What was the best part about using Skyward CRM?
The best part of Skyward CRM is customization, they can customize at any level. As far as best feature is concerned, we love dashboard, and reporting. Because for me, its not possible to overlook all leads, but if you have different custom made dashboard for executive, sales people and other associated than it's easier for us to know the progress and status of leads. Apart from this, It is super easy that help us to stay connected and build a great relationship building platform for salespeople and customers. Earlier, we have used other platforms, but this is best and we are completely satisfied with them. The easy to use, convenient smart features. We have improved almost 50% sales productivity and increased revenue as well.
What would you change about your experience with Skyward CRM?
We haven't seen any worst thing the system, however, there were minor up and down and of-course that happens in every business. So we can't say that is worst things. Even we should have up-down so that we can improve the system and overall business performance. We are totally satisfied with their system, support, and implementation parts.
Overall Feedback
The overall experience was good and we are much, much happy with their system. We have adopted this system almost 2 years back by replacing legacy system and our sales team can efficiently work together to get more leads. Compare to other competitors, this is quite in terms of cost, quality, performance, features, and most important support.
