Skype

I've been using Skype more or less for the last 10 years, very often lately. It's a great tool to communicate with your family, friends, colleagues, business partners or whoever you want. Skype allows me to stay in touch with my people worldwide. It's free which is important, and you do not any longer need to spend money on expensive international calls. Besides almost everyone has it nowadays, it's so easy to install the app on your mobile device. The program is simple and easy to use, the interface is clear, the quality of sound and video is high enough. I've used it on either a laptop or a mobile device, no difference at all.

I've experienced some lagging of both sound and video recently but it may be the local problem here as the internet connection is generally sometimes slow in the country. Also when you are sending a picture, it sometimes takes ages for it to be sent, so i sometime use other apps when I want to share a picture. As i said, that is often problem with our net connection.

Skype is a top notch solution for companies - you can reach your clients all over the world at no cost literally. It's a great software for earning a living, too, as I've used Skype to give and get instructions online and it proved very useful. So I would recommend those who do not use it so far to give it a try, almost sure you will like it despite of some faults mentioned above.
