I feel that Skype provides and excellent personal touch for people who live long distances. It has a pretty user-friendly interface. Video quality really depends on the strength of your internet connection. It's easy to use and gets the job done. I do many interviews with people and it's easy to use. Has a classic Microsoft touch so it's easy to use.

Nothing too major, just crashes from time to time, as well as untimely updating. Another thing is ads. I always accidentally click them and it breaks my train of thought all the time. If I could, I'd take down the ads completely. We already know it's a Microsoft product - beautiful and all - ads are almost degrading.

Overall it's a beautiful product, cute graphics and emoji's. Design makes it easy to use on a consistent basis. It doesn't change design very often and makes it easy to find everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone living long distance and who's looking for ways to connect with loved ones.
