Skype is a very convenient application for anyone looking to contact anyone, anywhere and anytime whether for business or personal matters. Easy to use with easily visible buttons, includes useful features and most importantly free. For business purposes; video calls, voice calls, and messaging are essential and Skype delivers well, with a feature called screen sharing that allows a person to show his desktop to the other person, this application is a must, as words may not be enough. For personal matters, this is a fun way to connect to friends, loved ones and maybe strangers too, complete with emoji's that easily portrays emotions visually. For international phone calls, the rates are cheap and affordable.

Skype sometimes have minor glitches. These glitches decreases the quality of experience and sometimes may be frustrating. Video calls sometimes disconnect due to a number of factors and there's no way to know who or what exactly caused the disconnection. Messages are not displayed sometimes even though there is a notification.

Skype is a cheap way to connect with anyone, but Skype being cheap does not affect the overall quality and experience. It is a must have application for anyone looking to make friends, do work or simply have some fun. This application is amazing and is highly recommended. Best messaging app I've used!
