What was the best part about using Skype?
The best part which i like in Skype is its user friendly.I am using Skype for many years from now, maybe 3 to 4, I think it might be application I have used for the most time and I am very satisfied with it. I have used it for messaging, which is very confidential and also used for voice and video calls and file exchange. I always make video calls to my friends abroad on daily basis.
What would you change about your experience with Skype?
Though most of my experience with Skype went outstanding, a few problems of it bugged me too. For example, not able to hide the skype bar in my toolbar can be annoying at times. Also it keeps showing all the time users that come online on skype via popups on desktop, even if it is someone you don’t usually chat with. Another thing with skype is that some features require you to buy skype credit even though you can do those things over other software without any charges. So if skype really wants to be the best out there, they should reconsider their packages. Another annoying thing is the video ads that start playing sometimes when you are in the middle of something, nobody likes to take a break, minimize, go over skype and stop the ad every time
Overall Feedback
In general, Skype is a innovative software for making video or voice calls, messaging and exchanging data. The best thing about it, is that it is a software made with quality and it is free! And it does not stop there, you can buy Skype Business package for 43$ a month, which allows to integrate Microsoft Office 365 suite into it and makes Skype much more advanced for business management, which takes it to new level for company use. I have not used it, but I have read that is really is a great feature. But free version is more than enough for avarage user to use for calling friends and family. I definately suggest this application!
