What was the best part about using Skype?

I was able to connect with my friends or loved ones and see them face to face when they were on Deployments.

What would you change about your experience with Skype?

Customer Service is non- existent. There is no accountability for their actions and how they mishandle your accounts.

Overall Feedback

I had videos and conversations with a person I loved very much who had passed away a few years ago. I liked to go back on and watch the videos we would send to each other or re-read the conversations. It made it feel like he wasn't really gone. But skype has somehow deleted everything I have and when I tried to ask them to fix it they told me it was my fault or that I would have to pay $300 just for them to recover my information. Even though I didn't delete it. I am beyond upset and heart broken and I will not be supporting this application any further. I STRONGLY urge you all to do the same.
