Skype

For me the best part of using Skype is it's voice clarity. It's feel like the person I am talking he is just in front of me. Also for chatting Skype is the best, communication system, notification system, minimizing everything is just like it's made for me. I can update my status anytime to shown my availability, set up a status on my current profile, call anyone anytime without any worry of charges.

It's phone calling rate is too high. Also software size is heavy & it takes time to start. Sometimes during call it may break in the middle of conversation which can ruin important business talks. Another problem is no one able to hide the Skype bar in the toolbar also be annoying at times. Except those everything is perfect.

I think overall it's good for communication. Specially between Skype to Skype Audio/Video calls, message etc. If Skype take some necessary steps to improve the quality more better specially in terms of costs, software size & call break down, then Skype would be the world's best communication software.
