I must emphasize the amazing customer service! 24/7, whenever you need them, they are there for you and give you wonderful advice as well – so you can always rely on them. The functionality itself isn’t too bad either as it is web-based and very easy to use (so fortunately/unfortunately you won’t be needing to contact their support that much).

To add to its’ already wonderful module selection, I wouldn’t mind to see a barcoding and periodicals management either which at this moment lack from the tool. Other than that I see nothing wrong with the software.

As Sirsi is very affordable, I don't see a reason why not to try it out - even though they don't provide a trial, for that amount of money, your investment will be well worth it for sure. Insightful catalog management and great search interface for instance are nice and work marvellously!
