Simply CRM

Excellent set-up done by the Simply developers and they have built a classy CRM that can not only handle your concurrent workflow in the back-end but leads your business from the front. it's been 2+ years now using this tool. The cool thing about Simply is their pricing and premium features per user basis. We like it for language and API integration purposes too.

The only thing that we would suggest Simply to adopt a usage based pricing model just like other big players have started doing this.

The support staff is very responsive and they offer multiple language support features too. We believe instant support to be made available whenever it's needed and we have no complaint so far.
