One of the best thing is that SilkRoad offers training on its products via e-learning, onsite classes, custom webinars, and custom training videos. Training is provided either before, during, or after the system is launched. And I really like the fact that they provide project scoping, consulting services, and system configuration prior to implementation. SilkRoad’s system can be integrated with existing solutions, such as payroll, ERP, and older HR software.

There are small issues that I can complain about like the fact that the support team is helpful when you call but not very responsive when you email. Also, the reporting tools in SilkRoad Recruiting are not as robust as I would like, but we are still able to use them to gain valuable information.

Overall SilkRoad Recruiting is designed to help streamline companies’ recruiting processes. The solution offers a free job-distribution network—which includes job boards. It is quite nice that the career portals can be customized to match the appearance of a company’s website and the recruiters can utilize this system to attract, evaluate, and hire straight from a mobile phone, tablet, or computer. I highly recommend this product.
