SilkRoad is usually known as a talent management system driven by social, mobile, analytic and cloud technology and caters to the lifecycle of an aspirant right from the pre-hiring stage to retirement. In my opinion, it is without doubt one of the reliable methods to develop employees and empowering them thus increasing the business productivity. I especially liked the ease of setting up the system and it is very user friendly. The dashboard functionality is the best in the business.

I feel that Silkroad can definitely improve the reporting features especially when encountered with a huge number of tasks in a workflow system.Also the upgrades to the system take a long time and there is potential to cause short term issues in access and retrieving data. Also the HeartBeat system has only limited capabilities and we noticed that most of the things in the system are having manual process even today. Few of our colleagues also were of the opinion that the wingspan feature is complicated especially from the admin perspective.

Our organization has been using SilkRoad for quite some time now and we were able to solve most of our manual processes using these products. SilkRoad has benefited us to improve our efficiency right from screening the resumes to hiring process and then to monitor and boost employee performance. The customer service team is extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the issues and is a delight to interact with.
