Silent Auction Pro

As a nonprofit consultant, I have worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations on their gala auctions. I recommended Silent Auction Pro to a nonprofit pre-school for their gala. We utilized all of the features offered by SAP, including a live and silent auction, the mobile feature and the event planning/ticketing features with a very user-friendly table assignment function. The product is very responsive and intuitive, and helped this organization raise over $79,000 above sponsorships and ticket sales the night of the 400+ guest gala! Silent Auction Pro is without a doubt the best value of all auction products available. Jim Donnell and his team at SAP are extremely informative and helpful and are available for customer support nearly 24/7. I never had a question that wasn't answered politely and patiently on the first call. If your organization is on a budget or just doesn't want to pay a lot of money for the auction and event features, Silent Auction Pro is for you!!

You do need to be a self-starter and allow enough time to self-train and train your committee members using the helpful You Tube videos, but their Support people are always available for questions and troubleshooting. I was kind of a one-man Silent Auction Pro/auction administrator, and it was very hard for me to manage everything from troubleshooting, technology issues, auction administration, bid entering, etc., so you do need to have lots of committee members to help implement the auction and train them well in advance of the gala. You also need to ensure you have reliable wi-fi and/or a good cell signal on gala night. Several of our guests had slow connections and may have bid more had it been more responsive.

I simply love Silent Auction Pro and their support team. The ability to have multi-users on the online program at the same time, sell tickets and sponsorships online, run a silent (online AND mobile) auction and a live auction as well as Raise The Paddle fundraising is simply amazing for the amount we paid. It's great for small and medium organizations! The online auction is fun and easy to use, even for novices. You can and will raise more money at your event with Silent Auction Pro!
