Siemens Teamcenter

From a long time I was looking for a good Product Lifecycle Management Software that fits perfectly for the requirements of my company. In this time Period, I tried my hand on many tools but was not fully satisfied with the results. About a year ago, a friend of mine told me about Siemens Teamcenter and also that how efficient, reliable and wonderful this software has been proved for his company. I immediately bought it for my business. It provides you a vast array of templates to be used. With the ability to manage a large number of tasks side by side, this tool is also an apt one for large scale companies.

With so much positive points in this tool, it also comes with a good share of drawbacks. Though an up to date software is preferred by all, but this tool is much dated which makes it really tough to understand and use this software. It would be really appreciated if the developers work on the user interface and make it simple and less time consuming. The software is also quite expensive as compared to other options which make it unaffordable for small and medium scale business organisations. This tool also often crash amidst your work creating many problems.

Overall this tool is a perfect software that provides you with all the features and functions that are anyhow needed for product Lifecycle Management. The multi-CAD applications offered by the tool are also great. The expensive price and no free trial for first-time users is a part which let me down as it makes it noncompatible with small scale business. It would be great if the makers come up with a different version of the tool which is composed with keeping in mind the needs of small and moderate companies.
