Sidekick is a SalesForce Automation tool that can be suitable for Small and Mid Size business. The most amazing thing about Sidekick is that I can keep track of my emails every time. I can get notification about new emails, I can get notification when my client or employee read my emails. So Email tracking is perfect. I can also send an invite to my clients and employees for meeting. It send reminder about meeting just before 15 minutes. I am happy with all it's email tracking features.

Price is high when you compare it with other email tracking tools. With all the available features you can replace this tool with other email tracking tools. Customer and Technical support is ok. Even you have to wait for weeks in order to get a response about your queries. Overall it is an excellent tool for email Management.

The best thing about Sidekick is that you can get a notification when your recipient read your email. In this way I came to know that readers have read my email. Another great thing is that when your emails failed to reach out to your recipient then it send me a notification of delivery failure. I can also import and export my contacts into Sidekick very easily.
