I think the basic analysis should be improved. It is not suitable for IOS devices at all. Sometimes it speed is too slow and crashes often. We couldn't even customize messages. They should somewhere improve the user interface for better work. I think it would be great if I could make pre-designed templates for emails so that clients can just add their greeting. The administrator view is so different than of a user view. I think they should provide better training process to the users.

It increases my business sales and improves the performance. I would definitely like to suggest this software for those people who want to increase their sale productivity. It is easy to use and implement. The cost is even affordable for every type of organization. It is best suitable for the middle type of organization. It saves my time and money, now the work is paperless with the help of this tool. But I think they must provide us some basic training before going to set up this tool for our business work.
