ShoreTel Sky

Compared to the other main competitors, ShoreTel Sky provides a VOIP solution with traditional telephony requirements and also support smartphone calls. It is used by major companies around the globe because of its unified communication management. And what I like best is, it is a cloud-based phone system so that we can contact customers from any place, and it includes collaboration platform for shared communication. Some programs we have tried does not support this. So for me, this is a great asset for ShoreTel.

Honestly, I can't find any glitches or disadvantage about this program. It is complete. No lacking feature would affect the quality of service of Shoretel sky. It has everything that a company need for a perfect communication system.

What can I say more? Well, compared to other programs, this is one of the top choices. So I highly recommend this more than other competitors.
