What was the best part about using ShoreTel Sky?

I think that the best part about this software is when it comes to their customer support who were knowledgeable and helpful to the queries that I am asking them. I also like their platform which is excellent and good in quality. These are my reasons for the best part of this software.

What would you change about your experience with ShoreTel Sky?

I have encounter some issues with this software which is still tolerable such as the incoming calls which sometimes does not sound good and static. The second one is that I am hearing an echo sound on my head. It will be great if they can fix the audio and the sound quality.

With the overall feedback of this software, I can say that this is one of the software that I can recommend still. That is because it has features and options which can help users and be engage to use the overall software platform. Just give it a try and explore the tools that it has.
