Their responsive staff / customer service and easy migration process for my website. Their software is regularly updated.

What would you change about your experience with Shopping Cart Elite?

A few things I can't get into here but as with anything we had some hiccups along the way but their staff is quite responsive and eager to help.

Shopping Cart Elite is very robust and scalable software. Now our shopping cart, inventory management, SEO software, product reviews, live chat, task manager, email and more is all in one place for a less expensive price. As with anything we had some hiccups along the way but their staff is quite responsive and eager to help. Their developers are constantly working to squash bugs and improve the software and the documentation library is constantly growing and being updated. If you are worried about migrating from your old system, don’t. It was easier than expected as SCE took care of all the heavy lifting. They imported our current products, reviews, and order data as well as redirected all of our links so the transition was about as seamless as could be. I never felt rushed either. I worked with them until the website was 100% ready for launch.
