You can make changes with your plan very fast with its easy steps to follow.

One big downside of ShiftPlanning is its interface which is not very intuitive and it also lacks of flexibility. The connectivity is not that great for uploading files from the web. It is not easy to use that it will make you looking for things for functions to use. The mobile app is not that stable at this time but it will probably improve over time.

Overall, ShiftPlanning is a good scheduling software with interactivity and configuration. It requires some clicking around the software if you are new to it. It is available to both PC and mobile phones that makes your work very accessible. The confusing interface and hidden functionalities might be a problem right now but probably won't take too long for the company to figure that out.
