What was the best part about using SharpSpring?

Automation providers are just plain expensive most of the times. They are worth every penny, however, not every business card afford these additional costs. Conversely, the businesses that can't afford the additional expense of automation, are often the ones that stand to benefit the most. Sharpspring changes that. As an agency, we have partnered with Hubspot, Pardot, and Sharpspring - to my clients who are new to Inbound Marketing I recommend Sharpspring. It's a great tool, has just as many features as the competitors (and sometimes more!) and it's ticket price doesn't scare away individuals who deserve the ROI that Inbound Marketing can produce. The best part of Sharpspring is the price - it's fair. Very fair. I absolutely love their mission to democratize this type of marketing to all types of businesses. It's a mission that all of us at Tribu are proud to share a part of.

What would you change about your experience with SharpSpring?

With all automation providers there's a learning curve - one that can be rather significant. Each provider works to make this learning curve an easy process to go through, however, it's a difficult education process for those that are new to inbound. The concepts and the reasons behind inbound are easy to grasp. Setting up Workflows and Tasks, and keeping the whole campaign picture in mind, is a newly learned skill. Sharpspring's training curve can be difficult at times, however, their team is absolutely stellar at providing support, answering questions, and they are constantly working increasing their knowledge base and offering helpful webinars. They put in great effort here and it's working! Four stars for Reliability because in it's early days it glitched on us a bit - much of these have been sorted. In general, their an epic company doing epic things and they have their heart in all the right places.

Overall Feedback

All of us at Tribu are thrilled we found Sharpspring. It's allowed us to introduce so many great and deserving clients to the world of Automation and Inbound Marketing. Their support for Advertising Agencies and their desire to see them succeed is much higher than that of their competitors in my opinion. Sharpspring is run with integrity, the people that make up the organization have great heart and REALLY listen to the feedback supplied by Agency partners. They are constantly releasing new features and updates, and improving their knowledge programs (support center, webinars, resources, etc.). Many of our clients are extremely happy with Sharpspring as it's allowed us to utilize automation to produce some really stellar ROI at a business cost that makes sense to Small and Midsize clients.
