What was the best part about using SharpSpring?

Once you spend a little time on it, it's pretty easy to understand the interface and do a lot more. We've played around with other features, but for our needs we mostly use the marketing automation tool and the forms. For those purposes, it's helpful for segmenting and targeting our data, collecting lead information, and setting up automatic notifications to send leads to the appropriate rep within our company. We really take advantage of the integration with GoToWebinar to collect webinar registrations (via Sharpspring forms on Leadpages) and automatically add those to Sharpspring. It took over a month to resolve an integration issue, but now that it is working it is really key for us.

What would you change about your experience with SharpSpring?

Customer service outside of onboarding isn't great (our onboarding rep was great; I wish we'd known more of our questions when we had access to him). It's generally slow, and I haven't really found the people who are providing support understand the system that well/can really help. The email builder is only OK, and we aren't thrilled with the new landing page builder (but are optimistic that this will improve).

Overall Feedback

We don't need a full content management system, and thus we don't want to pay for that. Similarly, we don't want to use their CRM and leadscoring (it's not really applicable to our business). However, for what we need: better email capabilities and reporting for emails, along with better tools for driving leads, it's a really good value for us.
