What was the best part about using ShareFile?

Citrix ShareFile would be a great choice for many small and midsize companies trying to integrate document management software. Sharefile is available for free 30 days trial where all features are enabled. Citrix ShareFile has very nice and clean user interface. Citrix has a great customer and technical support and the staff is very responsive and they are helpful.

What would you change about your experience with ShareFile?

They feature a multi-factor authentication capability. ShareFile has connectors that support local storage. On lower tiers email encryption is not found on Citrix ShareFile. You can lock files so they are in a mode of View Only. There are not any issue running and using ShareFile from Citrix. It runs smoothly and seamlessly. Some syncing is not running automatically.

Overall Feedback

Citrix ShareFile has a very good data privacy control capability which makes it a great advantage. Also the service is priced reasonably and it can be so competitive to other solutions. ShareFile is a versatile solution for businesses. One of the drawbacks with Sharefile is their 20GB bandwidth limitation.I would recommend Citrix ShareFile to any business.
