This software enhances multiple file upload all at once with ease and saves time. ShareFile has a very responsive well trained customer support service that is always willing to help. So I can attest to the fact that the ShareFile is superb for secure file sharing between users across multiple platforms. The platform also comes with a very intuitive user interface for a great user experience.

The software vendor should endeavor to sort out the little notification issues. I reckon the UI is somewhat too pronounced making the screen look too ambiguous especially for first time users. I observed it wasn’t easy possible to view docs through internet browsers , but I’m hoping the software vendors have rectified that.

The platform comes with no size limit for file sharing and comes with exception notification visibility for users after upload or download is complete. The fact that it has an excellent top- notch security feature is one factor that appeals to users. ShareFile can work extremely well for organizations who operate on large amount of file sharing due to security and ease in use as well as installation.
