I found this company on this site and wanted to learn if they were a good fit for our search engine optimization campaign. They were listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the last three years, which was good to see. This is the most significant factor in my presales criteria so I appreciate that.

Their SEO Wooranks was sixty one when I checked which was definitely on the lower end among companies I researched. The lowest score was thirty two and the highest was ninety two with an average of about perhaps seventy five. I like to see that a company led by example with their own services. They were not Google Partner certified when I checked which would help validate their expertise further. There were no testimonials or case studies for their clients anywhere on the site that I could see and this would be helpful to clients doing their research in order to help validate their credibility. Their SEO News blog page had formatting errors and the posts I checked had nothing more than a few sentences though referred to larger posts which weren't a great first impression of their attention to detail considering they are a company specializing in web design and development.

Despite some credibility issues and a lack of attention to detail, they were listed on the BBB so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to them in order to learn more from a representative using their online submit form. And their note mentioned I would be contacted within one business day. But there was an email error message in my inbox when I checked the next day, unfortunately. Though I was pleasantly surprised five business days later to get a response from their team. It's better late than never, in my opinion and I appreciated it. Jason explained that they purchased Service Internet Solutions relatively recently and that may have been a reason for the late reply. However, we had narrowed down our choice considerably by this point and have decided to go in another direction. I am confident you will get a response and that it is worth learning more about whether they are the best fit for your search engine optimization project.
