Sertifi is a very friendly and easy to use a platform. It's straightforward and self-explanatory, it leads you all the way through the e-signing process. Sertifi saves plenty of time as it takes you no more than some minutes to prepare an electronic document and send it to a recipient for e-signing. The platform is reliable and its performance has been flawless.

I can't really come to anything about the software's drawbacks, really there is nothing I do not like about it. It's been increasingly easy to use the product even for our team who are not tech-savvy at all. We've been able to send documents to people who are far from any printer or scanner and get their e-signatures where we needed them!
